This research explores the perceptions of marketing directors and top executives about the role of social media marketing within the marketing mix. The questionnaire received 339 responses between 9 February and 11 April 2017. The report presents comparative data with the results of a similar global research.
12% of respondents come from companies with a turnover of more than EUR 100 million, 7% of companies with a turnover of EUR 50-100 million, 26% of companies with a turnover of EUR 10-50 million, 24% with turnover between 1-10 million EUR and 31% under 1 million EUR turnover. 16% of respondents are CEO/President/General Manager, and 70% are Marketing Director/Marketing Manager/Marketing Specialist.
